The HiFi Rose RS451 is a compact yet powerful network streamer and DAC that delivers outstanding digital audio performance. Featuring cutting-edge signal processing technology, a custom ROSE OS platform, and a beautifully machined aluminium chassis, it brings audiophile-grade playback to any system. With high-resolution touchscreen control, an upgraded 8-core CPU, and flexible connectivity including HDMI eARC and balanced outputs, the RS451 is a perfect blend of function, style, and innovation.
Innovative Digital Processing Core
At the heart of the HiFi Rose RS451 is the Digital Processing Core (DPC), a proprietary technology designed to reduce jitter and maintain clock accuracy. It converts any incoming digital signal into a precisely timed I2S stream using a high-precision Femto clock, ensuring a natural and clean sound with reduced distortion. Isolating this module from the main CPU circuit eliminates internal interference from the digital path.
ROSE OS Operating System
The RS451 runs on ROSE OS, an Android-based platform that supports network playback, CD ripping, video streaming, and direct access to services like Spotify Connect, Tidal, Qobuz, and Apple Music. It is Roon Ready and Audirvāna certified, offering seamless integration with premium audio environments.
Upgraded Hardware Performance
The internal architecture includes an 8-core CPU that boosts processing speed and graphical performance, offering fast navigation and smooth playback. It’s capable of handling large music libraries without delay, making the RS451 a reliable hub for serious digital music collections.
Flexible Connectivity
The RS451 includes USB, coaxial (up to 32-bit / 384kHz PCM and DSD128), optical, HDMI eARC, and RCA analogue inputs. Outputs include balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA, as well as high-quality headphone outputs on the front panel. Port spacing is carefully arranged to reduce interference and improve installation flexibility.
High-Resolution Display
Fronting the unit is a wide-angle 8-inch touchscreen that delivers sharp visuals and intuitive control. On either side are a precision-machined volume knob and headphone connections, giving the RS451 a visually balanced and user-friendly front panel design.
