The Borresen T3 Speakers are a masterpiece of Danish engineering, offering state-of-the-art driver technology, cryogenic treatment, and stunning cabinet design. Built on innovation from the O- and M-series, the T3 achieves breathtaking transparency, speed, and musical detail, making it a true reference loudspeaker for audiophiles.
Patented Ironless Magnet Motor
At the heart of the Borresen T3 Speakers lies the innovative ironless magnet motor system. Using four neodymium N52 rings in mirrored alignment, the IronFree5 driver eliminates traditional iron-core limitations, delivering ultra-fast transient response, low distortion, and exceptional clarity.
Advanced Membrane Technology
The T3 features a three-layer composite membrane with a lightweight aramid honeycomb core sandwiched between carbon fiber skins. Reinforced with graphene and boron whiskers, this diaphragm is incredibly rigid yet light, ensuring natural sound reproduction with zero coloration.
Cryogenic Treatment
All internal components, including wiring, copper and silver rings, baskets, and crossover coils, undergo deep cryogenic treatment. This process strengthens conductivity, reduces residual stress, and enhances sonic transparency, delivering greater musical detail and refinement.
Borresen RP94 Ribbon Planar Tweeter
The RP94 ribbon tweeter offers an astonishing 94dB efficiency and ultra-low mass of just 0.01 grams. Capable of reproducing frequencies from 2.5kHz upwards, it captures the subtlest details in music while remaining robust enough for extreme dynamics without harshness.
Serial Crossover Design
The Borresen T3 employs a serial crossover where drivers share the same electrical current. This design locks phase across the frequency range, resulting in a coherent, seamless, and highly natural musical presentation.
Bi-Amping Options
The T3 supports both crossover bi-amping and active crossover bi-amping. When paired with Aavik Acoustics’ analog active filters, listeners can fine-tune crossover frequencies for their room acoustics, achieving optimized bass control and balance.
Cabinet Design
The T3’s cabinet combines high-gloss lacquer, real wood veneers, hardwood bracing, and carbon-fiber reinforcements. The precision rear venting system ensures efficient airflow, reducing distortion and providing a wide, spacious soundstage with striking Scandinavian elegance.
Ansuz Gold Signature Wiring
Internal wiring features Ansuz Gold Signature cables, incorporating Tesla coil noise cancellation, analog dither technology, and anti-resonance coils. These innovations eliminate background noise and RF interference, allowing the Borresen T3 Speakers to deliver pure, lifelike sound.
