Patented Ironless Magnet Motor

At the core of the Borresen T1 is a unique ironless magnet motor. By replacing the conventional iron-core design with four neodymium rings in mirrored alignment, the driver achieves faster responsiveness, lower distortion, and superior clarity. Copper pole rings improve stability, dissipate heat, and resist flux changes, ensuring precise and natural sound reproduction.

Advanced Membrane Technology

The T1 membrane uses a three-layer structure: an aramid honeycomb core between two carbon fiber skins, bonded with epoxy infused with graphene and boron whiskers. This combination creates an ultra-light, rigid, and quiet surface that delivers exceptional detail and speed across all frequencies.

Cryogenic Treatment

All metal components inside the Borresen T1—copper and silver rings, coils, baskets, and wiring—undergo cryogenic treatment. This process strengthens the metals, reduces internal stress, and increases conductivity. The result is a more natural, open, and dynamic sound.
