The AVID Acutus Reference SP Turntable is available for demonstration in our Hull store, by request.

The first, and perhaps the most influential, between the AVID Acutus and the AVID Acutus Reference Turntable is the power supply. A full 1kVA is on tap. This supply, itself developed over three years is the most stable, linear supply we’ve ever experienced. The Advanced DSP control of the motor power is finely adjustable almost completely eliminating micro-vibrations from the motor unit.

The motor suspension in the AVID Acutus Reference Turntable has been fine-tuned and a new twin belt drive system has been employed to aid grip and control. A detailed understanding of the metallurgic requirements of moving components has resulted in the refinement of the bearing system to self-lubricate and spin freely, but eliminate unwanted movement.

The AVID Acutus Reference Turntable is a rare jewel of precision engineering.
