Anthem Room Correction is employed to counteract the effects of the biggest unknown in your home set up, your listening room. Obviously the room, and the furniture within it are different in every home. The space and furnishings within it will affect the performance of your loudspeakers, especially the low frequencies. Anthem Room Correction uses a bespoke calibration microphone and then uses digital signal processing to optimise loudspeaker performance for your room's sonic characteristics. Negative characteristics are recognised and digitally fixed to fantastic effect. Speakers seem tighter and more controlled.
